More lawsuits in Mastro’s real estate debt case

This is what one suit claims as Seattle developer Michael Mastro Sr. continues to duck questions regarding this shady business move. I’m fed up with master contractors hiring subcontractors only to stiff them on payment. The subcontractors have noone to seek for financial damages (unless a contractors’ bond is taken out).

Litigation in the case against mastro Sr. is just a formality. My advice to such subcontractors in these situations: get a deposit!
